Sidney"Sid"RayEudy
of Marion, AR
December16,1960-August26,2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sidney Ray Eudy, who was born on December 16th, 1960, in Moses Lake, Washington. He passed from this Earth on August 26th peacefully at home after a long, private and courageous battle with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and chronic heart issues.
Sid was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, friend, and mentor. He was known for his kindness, humor, generosity and living his life on his own terms. Although he traveled the world wrestling, his heart was always back home in Arkansas. He was especially proud of his three grandchildren: Raylan Eudy, Charlotte Eudy, and Frankie Eudy, who brought immense joy to their Popper's life.
Sid is survived by his wife, Sabrina; his two sons, Frank Eudy (Ashten) of Naples, FL, and Gunnar Eudy (Kelli) of Marion, AR; his mother, Mary Jo Howard; his sisters, Bobbie Eudy and Margo Eudy; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby Joe Eudy, his sister, Christy Hooten, and his Aunt, Joyce Goode. Though his presence will be deeply missed, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
In honor of Sid's life and legacy, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a cancer research foundation or a heart health charity of your choice.
Rest in peace, Sid. Your battle is over, but your legacy will endure forever.

Rest in Paradise, Sid
You were usually a heel in wrestling, but outside the ring - you were a gentle, loving soul. A devout family man, you always had everyone in your heart. Being accessible to your fans, it was amazing to see you talking with people. Your love of softball brought you even more friends, and I can only imagine it was quite a sight - seeing you coming to the plate. That ball knew it was going to get a whooping.
You maximized your time on this Earth, and many others are better people because of you. Rest in Paradise always, Sid. Much love to you and your family. Bless your precious soul

Sid was a remarkable friend, even though our connection was through screens. His warmth and positivity always shone through, making every conversation special. I'll always remember his unique sense of humor and the way he could brighten my day. Though he's no longer with us, his spirit and the memories we made will stay in my heart forever. Rest in peace, Sid. You will always be remembered fondly.

I watched Sid wrestle for years growing up in the '90s. I was fortunate enough to see him win the world championship in-person at Madison Square Garden in 1996. The fans were so loud in support of him, especially when he won at the end of the night. Though I didn't get the chance to meet him personally, I always enjoyed watching him on television. He was very entertaining, and he had a lot of personality. Thanks for all the great memories! Condolences to all of his family and friends.

I've been a fan of wrestling for over 20 years and I am always heartbroken about all the wrestlers I grew up watching as a kid and being a famous and successful in ring performer from the state of Arkansas, it makes me more proud to be a Arkansan. Sid you are the man. Thank you for the memories and thank you for the sacrifices you made in order for you to perform for the sport of professional wrestling. We love you we miss you and you and your family will be forever in our hearts. Rest in Peace and we will see you again.

Sid use to come over and hangout at my Moms next door neighbor (The Greenes) His best friend and wrestling buddy, Byron Greene was a dear friend of mine. He was always so nice to us. One time he gave my Mom an autograph for a kid that was a HUGE wrestling fan. After Byron passed, he continued to make visits to the family. He would always wave and say hello. I would see him from time to time around town and he always spoke. I know he is upstairs with many people that he loved and missed. RIP Sid

When Sid and his wife came in Kroger to shop, He always took time to acknowledge many of his wrestling fans. One day there were two young boys afraid to speak with him. Sid got down on one knee and shook hands with each of them. He was so sweet to the boys. I'm sure it's a day they will never forget. Sid will surely be missed by many.

I got to meet a time or two after my mom who used to run The Chicken Coop, had a worker name Margo. I heard his name mentioned and after meeting years later after seeing him on Memphis wrestling, I was astonished by his size. He was calm, cool and really friendly thar didn't mind to talk to fans or anyone in general. He will be misses, my heart goes to his entire family.
